| A reputable UK firm is seeking a corporate partner to expand their Shanghai office and grow further the China outbound business. The candidate will play a significant role in generating, developing and executing its PRC related corporate commercial, banking and litigation work, with a particular emphasis on developing clients and connections in the Shanghai market and within China generally. Ideally the candidate should be a qualified in PRC or in a common law jurisdiction and have at least 10 years PQE. Fluency in Chinese (written and spoken) and English are essential. |
