| A reputable PRC firm is looking for mid to senior level banking / financial institution associates to be based in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience advising both domestic and international banks and other financial institutions in relation to the legal and regulatory regime in the PRC in the context of financial markets transactions they execute. Candidates will ideally be PRC, UK, US or HK qualified, with fluency in Mandarin as well as English to the level they are able to draft and negotiate documents in both. The ability to demonstrate the potential to cultivate strong relationships with PRC financial institutions and relevant government agencies would be an advantage. This role will work with and report to the leading banking partner directly and play major role in high-profile banking transactions in China. |
