| This international electronics company is seeking a senior corporate lawyer to support its multiple business units operating throughout China and Asia. The successful candidate will report directly to the Asia Legal Director (based in Beijing) and cooperate closely with the legal team in Asia, the States and Europe. The role involves contract drafting and negotiations related to software license and design agreements etc, dealing with site operational issues, leases and supplier agreements as well as instructing outside counsel on litigation and environmental matters. Candidates should be PRC/Singapore/Taiwan qualified, ideally with international experience. Bright, ethical and commercially astute lawyers with excellent English and Mandarin are encouraged to apply. |
