Tully’s Hong Kong office was set up in 1995 by the founder of our Group, David Tully. David was formerly a Corporate Partner with the Hong Kong office of a major international law firm. The business was established to provide a high level of professional recruitment services to the China market, moving away from the traditional agency approach to a more consultative approach to the provision of legal recruitment services. The approach created by David Tully has been followed in all Tully offices established since the founding of the Hong Kong office. Today the Hong Kong office continues to provide high end professional services to private practice and in-house clients and candidates. The Hong Kong office has a particularly strong reputation for senior end placements including Partners and Teams although its scope extends to all levels of recruitment for the legal profession. Consultants based in Hong Kong are all individuals who are extremely familiar with the legal profession in Hong Kong and have the necessary languages and knowledge of the Hong Kong legal profession to provide clients and candidates alike with highly focused advice and assistance.
