In certain circumstances we provide retained search services to clients where the selection recruitment process fails to produce candidates who match our client’s specific requirements. Such services are only provided where a client is looking for partner lateral hires, teams or senior level in-house recruits and where there is no conflict with the provision of selection services to any particular client. Tully provides retained search services using a highly defined methodology. This includes the preparation of detailed specifications relating to the position and highly focused search report(s) targeting individuals who best suit the client’s requirements. Agreed retainers are payable at key stages in the process with a percentage success fee payable on placement. Such services are provided by senior experienced search consultants within Tully supported by a team of research assistants.
