Selection

We normally provide services to our clients on a contingent basis i.e. no fee is payable upfront and fees are only due when the candidate is placed with a client. The contingent fee approach applies where candidates have been selected from our database of lawyers who have approached and registered with us as seeking to make a move. Unless the assignment is under a retainer arrangement we do not put forward details of any candidates to a client unless the candidate’s prior consent has been obtained.
