A well known international law firm is seeking to recruit a corporate associate with a minimum of 3 years PQE for its Shanghai office. Ideal candidates should have solid general corporate, M&A and China inbound investment experience, gained at a top tier firm. Candidates should be qualified in England and Wales, Hong Kong or in another common law jurisdiction.  Native English language skills are essential. Mandarin would be a plus but is not necessary.
