A US media and entertainment MNC is seeking an on-line antipiracy attorney to assist their business expansion. This position will combat piracy, counterfeiting and other forms of copyright and trademark infringement in China and elsewhere. This position involves working closely with outside counsel and law enforcement agencies to ensure an integrated approach to worldwide issues while serving local needs and accommodating local conditions. Ideal candidates should be qualified lawyers with a minimum of 8 years experience with strong knowledge of PRC copyright and trademark laws, as well as first hand experience regarding IP-related enforcement in China. Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are essential.
